A Note from Allison   

In the past three years of starting and growing two multinational businesses, I realized I was still playing small. I was over-working, over-accommodating and not prioritizing the work that really mattered to me.

I was playing small because I didn't think I was worthy of having it all - the fulfillment, income and time freedom that I really wanted. I was not clear on my goals, ineffectively communicating my needs and boundaries and I was not leading the change that I wanted to see.  

When I realized that my greatest joys, successes and freedoms lay on the other side of reclaiming my worthiness, I knew I had to share my discoveries to help others do the same. I have since seen breakthrough after breakthrough in my own life and in my clients' lives.

I am so excited to help you own your confidence while developing your communication and leadership skills to have a greater impact on the world around you. I know that you have a dream, goal, or mission in your heart that you are not achieving. I know that in some ways, you are making yourself smaller, not fully expanding into your greatness or doubting yourself and this is hindering you from reaching your next level of success.
